When you submit a booking request we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, yard location, fleet size, preferred date, and any notes you add. We use this only to schedule and perform your Clean Truck Check testing and to contact you about it. Requests are emailed to our own inbox; we do not sell or rent your information.
We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads, the ad click identifier in the link (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) is stored in your browser for the visit and included with your booking request so we can tell which campaign produced the enquiry.
We also use Google's tag (gtag.js), operated by Google LLC, to measure conversions — completed booking requests and taps on our phone number — and, where enabled, Google Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and share event data with Google for measurement and ad optimization purposes.
We do not send Google your name, email address, or phone number.
Visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — regions where prior consent is required — are not tracked at all: no advertising or analytics tags load and no conversion data is sent for those visits. Elsewhere, you can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out tools, or browse with tracking protection enabled. Ad clicks and impressions are counted by Google either way.
